Pale golden in color, it presents an abundant and dense white foam, enjoying great retention, as we can observe drink after drink in the cascade that forms on the walls of the glass.
Balanced in the aroma, the cereal and the breadcrumb of the malt stand out with subtle piney and resinous notes of the hops. It has the characteristic smell of lagers, being very clean as esters and other undesirables are eliminated thanks to its long maturation.
As for the flavor, the above is reflected: a beginning where the malts stand out and ends in a light and dry bitterness. With a very refreshing and comforting medium-light body.
In short, this is a good example of a lager beer: clean, fresh and perfect for all audiences. Its traditional manufacturing process, respecting the maturation times and that it does not present typical adjuncts of industrial beers (corn, rice...) is striking.
